Custom Block Outline

This mod provides powerful options to make the block outline interesting for once.

Features include:

Gradients
Rainbow (with gradients)
Selective rendering of sides based on conditions (air exposed sides only, for example)
Animations for the outline (movement and fading)
Support for connected blocks
Scale adjustment
Drawing outline above other terrain (yes. means you can see it through walls)
Utilities for CPVP players
Copying and loading configurations from files

I won't backport this mod to older versions since I'm using YACL V3, which only supports downwards to 1.19.4.
