This modpack adds some quality of life features like changing skin in game, choose whatever type of cape you want, see saturation bars, new Flashback mod (its basically a better version of replay mod), Armor HUD and others.
Some servers can detect you playing with this mod on another version and you can get banned. Check if the server allows it or do not use it. This mod is in the modpack only for utility.
If IPN is not configured personnally for you I advise you to configure it before playing because your inventory may look awful.
This modpack includes and E4MC mod to make playing with friends easier.
BSL, Complementary and makeup Ultra Fast shaders are included.
Mods like Sodium, ModernFix, Enhanced Block Entities, Entity culling, FerriteCore and others all together makes the game lighter and improves framerate on high and low end PCs. Nvidium will (if you does not use shaders and if you have a nvidia 2000 series or plus GPU) make an amazing performance boost. (Nvidium isnt present in 1.21.1 first release version)
